Become a Doula is a DoulaCo education and training interest resource. Our perspective centers on the everyday realities of doula agencies and practices: supporting families, managing availability, making clear agreements and building sustainable working relationships.
We want people exploring this work to understand both the support role and the practical commitments. That includes the parts that are easy to overlook, like backups, boundaries and time spent running a practice.
